• Property due diligence, preparation of title search reports and verification of title documents and revenue records.
• Providing opinion on complex legal issues in relation to property title, laws governing acquisition and sale of property, stamp duty implications and registration of documents.
• Advising clients in relation to financing of real estate projects, slum rehabilitation projects, re-development projects of societies, dilapidated buildings and cessed buildings, residential, commercial and industrial developments, special economic zones (SEZs), townships, multiplexes, malls and IT parks.
• Advising clients on development and joint development of property, construction contracts and disputes arising out of construction contracts. 
• Representing clients in Courts of law in matters pertaining to real estate.
• Drafting and reviewing various agreements, deeds and contracts including Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Agreements for Sale, Sale Deeds, Confirmation Deeds, Release Deeds, Settlement Deeds, Development Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Lease Deeds, Sub-Leases, Leave and Licence Agreements, Service Agreements, Indemnity Bonds, Mortgage Deeds, Loan Agreements, Wills, Gift Deed, Power of Attorney, etc
